I am from a small village in a mountain in HuBei province in China.
After graduated from Beijing University in 1998, I went to State University of New York at Binghamton,
where I received my master degree in 2000. I had been in University of Connecticut pursuing my Ph.D.
degree until the end of year 2005. I became a post doctorial research associate in Carnegie Institute
of Washington in January of year 2006.
